Q. How do I book the Hall?

Q.Does the Hall have a music licence?

A. Yes

Q. Does the hall have an alchohol licence?

A. The Wacton Social Club has a licence to to sell alcohol. For details contact the telephone number or email above

Q. How do I gain access to the hall?

A. The hall will be opened and closed after the event for you.

Q. Is there a cleaner at the hall?

A. No. The hirer is expected to leave the hall as he/she found it. Cleaning implements are available for your use.

Q. How many chairs and tables are available?

A. There are 10x 6x 3ft tables, 10x 4ft tables, 8x 5ft tables and 10x 6ft tables. There are also 48 easy clean plastic chairs.

Q. Is Crockery and cutlery available?

A. There are full place settings for 100 people plus tea and coffee pots, jugs, pots, pans, and saucepans. Hirers are advised to check the equipment before a major function.

Q. Do these cost extra?

A. No. The kitchen and use of all the equipment and facilities is included in the hire cost.

Q. What rubbish disposal facilities are available?

A. None. Hirers are responsible for removing their own rubbish.

Q.What are the earliest times I can access the hall?

A. From 9.00 to 00.15hrs?

Q. Is the hall fully wheelchair accessible?

A. Yes. There is a ramp to the entrance and all rooms are on the same level. There are toilets for the disabled.

Q.Is there car parking?

A. Yes there is space for 16 vehicles off-road and unrestricted roadside parking. All parking is at the owners' risk.

Q. Will I have an opportunity to set up for my function before it starts?

A. Please ensure to hire sufficient time to prepare for your function and also to clear up at the end.
